Sageheart Skill #1

Embrace an Approach to Life that Everything, Everyone, and Every Experience is an Opportunity to Learn and Evolve Ourselves

'Issues' are not bad, they are an opportunity for us to learn and grow... they are the curriculum in the School of Life.

We graduate the School of Life when we master the lessons of Wisdom, Compassion and Loving.

Each one of us already have all the resources necessary to powerfully handle the challenges, issues and upsets (also known as 'lessons') that we experience.

There is no failure~ only repeating opportunity to learn the lesson. Once we have learned the lesson, we don't need to keep taking that lesson!

After we have learned a lesson, there will be tests (an incident that once would have moved us to upset but with having learned the lesson we no longer have our inner peace disrupted).

Everyone graduates... the only true variable is time, and the only real time is now.

The goal is not to change the school, rather the goal is to master the lessons, pass the tests, and ultimately graduate,

Growth is a process~ Not an event!!!

Accepting personal responsibility empowers us and opens the door to our freedom.

All 'becauses' are an opportunity to take personal responsibility and to go within and update our thinking.

Outer experience is a reflection of our inner reality.

How you relate to the issue IS the issue.

Issues are a blessing, as they are an opportunity for healing.

Healing is the application of Loving to hurt.

In our Universe, our word is law. Therefore, what we say is terrifically powerful... be thoughtful about your languaging. (Rather than say "don't forget'- which is a double negative statement- say 'remember'- you will necessarily remember more that forget!)

The mind is a tool to be used in service to our heart.

Maintaining supportive disciplines are a demonstration of self-care and self-love.

Intimacy is the natural by-product of honest caring and self-expression.

Attitude and Intention are everything.

There are no mistakes, only opportunities for learning!
